Why are my teachers not showing up in the list for students to request recommendations?

If your students are trying to request a recommendation for a teacher and that teacher is not showing up in the list of available teachers, ensure that the teacher has registered their SCOIR account.  An Active Status does not mean the teacher has registered.   

Only those teachers who have registered will show as available to request recommendations.

Counselors and Administrators can navigate to their name | School & Account settings | and view the staff list.

Sort by either last name or role to find the teacher in question



Ensure that there is a date showing under 'Last Login'.  NR means Not Registered.  Not registered account will not be visible to the students.
