Importing Student Historical Applications (Limited Import Available)

If you have the outcomes data available in Naviance, please export this from Naviance first and use as your import file

PLEASE NOTE: The below steps are only available outside of Back to School season and rollover. Support is not able to upload a manual file during these months. Historical app imports are only for school who do not currently use Naviance and are very manual on our side. This is limited to the past (5) years of data only. It will require work on your side as well. Please contact our support team for more information prior to submission of a file.

  1. Download the attached CSV template file found here: SCOIR application template.xlsx
  2. Complete all fields (except SCID) and send the completed template to support@scoir.com. Manual imports can take up to (3) months depending on the amount of data and time of year.

Use the guide below to help you determine which data goes where.
