To view and manage application materials your college has received from Scoir, follow these steps:

Log in to your Scoir account and navigate to the Application > Applicants tab. This is where you'll find student application materials.

Scroll to the Application Management section at the bottom of the page. Enter the student’s first name, last name, or both into the search fields. Once entered, click the search icon or press Enter on your keyboard to display the results.
Tip: Searching by both names is more precise and helps narrow down results for students with common names.
Check the search results. If documents are available, the student’s name and high school will appear in the list.

Click the Actions icon in the results to open the Applicant Details panel. Here, you’ll see a complete list of documents submitted for the student, along with their submission dates.

In the Applicant Details panel, click the Eye icon next to a document to view it. If permissions allow, you can also download the document directly from this panel.

By following these steps, you can easily find student application materials submitted to your institution.
