Configuring Download & Delivery Preferences

Actions described in this guide require the Admissions Operations role.

Scoir’s Admissions application offers a few configuration options to optimize the delivery of application materials.

This guide contains the following sections:

Configuring downloads and batches

To configure your batch files, follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Delivery Preferences page in the Review tab.
  2. Choose whether you would like your files created as individual PDFs for each document or together as a single PDF.
  3. Choose whether or not you would like to include a student manifest.

Please note that any changes made to your download configuration will be reflected in the next scheduled download and will not affect previously generated batches.

Configuring your index file

If you’d like to configure your index file, follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Delivery Preferences page in the Review tab.
  2. Click the Configure Index File Fields button.
  3. Configure which fields you would like to include by clicking their respective tiles.
  • Fields with a blue lock symbol are mandatory and are unable to be toggled.
  • When you’re finished, click Save changes.
