Student Self-Reporting for GPA and Test Scores

Client Success Team Updated by Client Success Team

You can allow students to report their own GPA and standardized test scores to their Scoir student profiles. Use this guide to enable or disable student self-reporting.

NOTE: Ā You must have theĀ Account AdministratorĀ role to change these settings.

To begin, click on theĀ WelcomeĀ menu at the top right corner of the Scoir app, then selectĀ School & Account SettingsĀ from the drop-down menu.

On theĀ Account SettingsĀ page, locate the section labeledĀ Test Scores & GPA Permissions.Ā This is found under theĀ "Student Permissions"Ā heading.

To adjust student permissions for self-reporting GPA and standardized test scores, select either Yes or No for each option.

When set to No, only school counselors, data managers, and account administrators will be able to edit student GPA and standardized test data.
