For Counselors: Student Transferring High Schools

If your high school is synced with Clever, the below instructions will differ. Please contact support@scoir.com.

If you have a student in your district or network that is transferring to a new high school but has already registered their Scoir account with their previous high school, follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to the student record by doing a search for the student in the search bar at the top right corner. Select the student from the drop down choice.
  2. On their profile page, you will see a 'disenroll' button. Clicking this button will remove the student and dis-associate them with your high school. This will not delete the student's data, just remove the student from your school.

  1. From the new high school's Scoir account, first add the student to the high school following these instructions on how to add a new individual student.
  2. After clicking 'Save and Continue', invite the student by checking the box to 'Send email invite now to complete SCOIR account setup' and click 'Finish'.

  1. The student will receive an email to register to their new high school.
