For Counselors: Editing or deleting a visit

To manage the details of an individual visit, click its listing in the calendar view. Here you can edit the details by clicking the Edit button. Editable details are dependent upon the type of visit that was created (open availability or closed visit). If you require approval on visits, you'll want to approve the request first before you can edit it.

When you’re finished editing, click Update.

You can also delete the visit by clicking its listing in the calendar view and clicking Delete and Yes to confirm.

Students registered to attend this event will receive a notification within Scoir, alerting them of the event change. You can encourage students to download our Scoir mobile application (on iOS); students with the app will receive a push notification alerting them of the event modification.
