For Colleges: Removing Admissions Staff

Actions described in this guide require the Account Administrator role.

If a staff member has left your institution, you may want to remove their account and access to Scoir. Use the following steps to remove a college user account.

Removing a user account is permanent, and cannot be undone once deleted.


  1. Go to the Users page from the Welcome dropdown menu.
  2. Locate the user you wish to remove on the Users page, then, click the Delete button to the right of their name in the same row.
  3. Click Yes to confirm and finish the deletion.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
