For Colleges: The Scoir CSV/Manifest file

This process is outdated. The Scoir CSV/Manifest File process is no longer the recommended approach. Please refer to the updated process detailed in the following article: For Colleges: Scoir Index File.

The Scoir CSV/Manifest File is provided to assist colleges in matching application-related materials ("Student Records") to the appropriate student's application file. Scoir's transmission of Student Records, including all personally identifiable information contained therein, is related to a student's application for enrollment pursuant to 34 CFR §99.31(a)(2). Colleges are required to comply fully with the provisions of 34 CFR §99 in storing and safeguarding all Student Records received via Scoir.

The Below Table Highlights the Fields

The Fields can be used to better process more accurate information about student applicants. In this guide, we have provided all current fields available in the file.

How To Use This Table

This table should be used as a reference guide for custom mapping the file to your Slate or CRM system. The table is broken into four categories: Field Name, Description, Defined Values, and Sample Value.

Field Name: This is the name of the field that can be mapped.

Description: This is a description of the field which may provide insight on how it can be used.

Defined Values: These are all values where they are defined in the fields.

Sample View: This is a sample of what the field will look like in use.

Fields highlighted in blue at the bottom of the table were added in January 2021.
Beginning with the 2021/22 application cycle, Scoir no longer supports the disciplinary section of the SSR and MYR
