Ensuring Emails will be Delivered


Some high schools have implemented information security restrictions that prevent Scoir invites and other emails from reaching the intended recipients.

We recommend adding both the @scoir.com domain and Scoir IP address to your network and/or email “whitelist” to ensure emails are successfully delivered to intended recipients.

If you have technical support staff, they are the best resources to help you accomplish this task, as these configurations typically require administrator access. For those who do not, instructions can often be found with a quick internet search.
