This article outlines how students see and register for Office Hours, whether virtual or in-person.

Student View of Office Hours

Office Hour Meetings will display in the Upcoming Visits and Office Hours section of the student Dashboard

To register for the meeting, students can click 'Register'

They will receive a notification (in Scoir and via email) one day prior to the meeting and will be able to view the meeting by clicking on it. You can encourage students to download our Scoir mobile application (on iOS); students with the app will receive a push notification reminding them of the upcoming visit. Meetings will be viewable from their Dashboard and in the Events and Deadlines section of their account.
